Elyse Bradbury, Physiotherapist
Elyse graduated from La Trobe University Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009. Elyse will also be completing the final year of her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2019.
Elyse has a keen interest in sports and is the U21 Australian Rowing team Physiotherapist (2018, 2019). Elyse enjoys seeing rowers of all ages in and ability in the practice with the aim of keeping them in the boat. She encourages all athletes to come into Spring Physio Gym for a rowing screen before the beginning of the season. Research from Rowing Australia demonstrates that the risk of injury is significantly reduced if athletes maintain specific measures of flexibility and strength.
Elyse has a personal interest in cycling and triathlon and will be travelling to France for the Tour de France in 2019. She enjoys seeing cyclists and guiding their rehab to get them back on the bike. As a result of having personal experience with cycling injuries she has a lot to share both personally and professionally.
Elyse also worked with the Wesley Collegians (VAFA) in 2015, 2016 seasons. Pilates and group rehab sessions are also a passion for Elyse.
