Your body is constantly changing. If you can adapt, you can manage, reduce or even remove pain or discomfort.
Fatigue
Fatigue means feeling tired, lethargic or lacking energy. There are many causes of fatigue including glandular fever, flu, anemia, vitamin B deficiency, chronic pain conditions, hormonal imbalances, heart problems, cancer and much more.
Emotional issues, mental health problems and stress can also lead to fatigue.
When we feel fatigued everything seems to take longer and the need for more energy increases. Simple tasks seem insurmountable. Normal activities of daily life, like getting dressed and climbing stairs, become more difficult.
When we are fatigued we can feel so exhausted that we choose to stop regular activities because they seem so difficult, resulting in reduced activity and less exercise. This can lead to further deconditioning and increased fatigue.
