Teen Strengthening Classes during School Holidays

These classes are designed for young rowers and athletes who need to gain strength or recover from an injury in their specific sport. The classes are specifically designed for teens preparing for rowing camp or their summer sport. Classes include:

  • Flexibility training
  • rowing ergo or sport assessment
  • core strength/Pilates exercises
  • correction of faulty movement patterns
  • general strength circuit.
  • posture improvement techniques 

Block of 6 classes  $180 or single classes $35 paid in advance.

School Holiday Dates:

Monday 19/9 & 26/9

Wednesday 21/9 & 28/9

Friday 23/9 & 30/9

1pm - 2pm
